The connected hive scale operates on the SIGFOX network, ensuring reliable data transmission even in remote areas. Tested in real conditions (plain, mountains, extreme cold, areas without GPRS signal), it guarantees optimal connectivity throughout France.

| The warranty period is 24 months for parts and labor from the delivery date. Any damage caused by non-compliance with usage instructions is excluded from the warranty. |
The one-year subscription to the low-energy Sigfox network is included in the price. After this period, access to this service costs €3/month (no commitment).
For the V2 'Dual-connect' scale, the Sigfox subscription is required if you want to receive data remotely. However, the subscription is not necessary for local connection (Connection near the scale).
