| The warranty period is 24 months for parts and labor from the delivery date. Any damage caused by non-compliance with usage instructions is excluded from the warranty. |
The one-year subscription to the low-energy Sigfox network is included in the price. After this period, access to this service costs €3/month (no commitment).
For the V2 'Dual-connect' scale, the Sigfox subscription is required if you want to receive data remotely. However, the subscription is not necessary for local connection (Connection near the scale).

Excellent equipment! Certainly one of the most expensive scales on the market, but the quality of the material and the customer service make it worth it. It's been almost a year since I bought my first scale, and I'm very satisfied. Sturdy equipment, made in France, with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend it 100%!
Very high-quality equipment, very easy to install, and extremely satisfying to use. The app is well-designed, simple, and intuitive. The data readings provide valuable insights for colony monitoring. For example, did you know that the internal temperature of a colony can drop to 17-18°C when there is no more brood? Perfect for tracking the broodless period!
Easy-to-use interface and accessible basic data. However, one area for improvement: there is little guidance on subscription renewal.
Having tested three different brands of scales, I rank HoneyInstruments as number one. Installation and setup are very easy. I've been using three scales for several months now without any issues. I was eagerly awaiting the 3G module, which works perfectly. Initially skeptical about the usefulness of the brood sensor, I now see that it effectively highlights the need for hive insulation. In the end, it's a reliable and robust product, backed by a dedicated team that provides excellent support and listens to users.

This scale is fantastic! I can remotely monitor the hive's weight (no need to open it during the honey flow to know when to add or remove a super). Advantages compared to other scale brands: the smartphone application and personalized weight alerts. The scale is super easy to install and use. It's worth the investment, and the connected scale is an extraordinary tool and progress for managing my apiary.
